  • Idaho farmboy
  • Lived in Guatemala for 2 years as an LDS missionary, now post-Mormon
  • BA English, Idaho State U; MA TESOL, Bowling Green State U
  • Married with 4 children
  • presently an English language & Global Studies instructor and MA TESOL/new faculty mentor at the University of Alabama
  • Just trying to make it from one Dresden Files release to another. :)

  • Played Nightfall (German-based LP MUD?), TrekMOO 2, Genocide (Pure PK) and Carrionfields prior to Avendar
  • Started in Avendar on the MUD's opening day & immed in the fall of the first year (1998)
  • tinkering with UMC content in general is a hobby: maps/scenarios/mods/misc for Doom II, DukeNuke'em 3D, TrekMOO 2, Avendar, Age of Kings, Battle for Wesnoth, Battleforge, Dwarf Fortress
