Marlax the Tyrant of Honor, Falcon King
"MARLAX" "HONOR" "WHITE" "FALCON"
A bearer of the white falcon upholds honor as his or her chief virtue.
They are self-reliant; they can defeat many foes alone. While advancing,
they may travel with others, but fighting other adventurers requires even
odds. They are trustworthy; they will not break their word, and always
follow any conditions agreed to, regardless of circumstances. Greed for
material wealth is frowned upon by those of the white falcon; they take
only what is needed, and return what is not to the defeated foe. They
will not attack an unclad foe, unless they must retaliate against an attack.
They will only take what they gained in fair combat; theft of this kind
is severely frowned upon. Even if your friend is attacked, and slain,
you must not take from their corpse, unless they were slain in dishonor.
Finally, they will try to even out odds, if they see many fighting one,
unless the one is a blood enemy. Honor is the fundamental issue in their
victories, whether against evil, or good, or those who don't take such
sides.
