Khanval is kind of like the conservative's antifa bogeyman made flesh. Dude has never seen a window he didn't wanna break.
Khanvalites are fickle bastards. They are just as likely to hold the line against a fascist with a pack of goodie anarchists as they are to throw in with Arkhuralites for some property damage. It's down to individual inclinations, who their friends are, and whatever seems like the most fun at the time.
