By necessity, Wiki's are very free form. I do ask, however, that you obey the following guidelines, or be lashed by a long, wet noodle. Unless you're into that, in which case we will withhold your noodle:
- Try to respect the large scale structure of the wiki. Since the wiki only has one level of hierarchy page-wise (i.e., /subpages are only one step deep), maintaining the one we have is important.
- To wit: Try to always have a link BACK to the previous page when you make a new page, unless there's a good reason why not.
- Thematically, I've used religious terms for my major sub-section. For aesthetic reasons, try to maintain consistency in naming new major sections, etc.
- I haven't worked hard at all to use the WikiWords format (i.e., using lots of double-capitalized words to name my pages), since they seem ungainly. Just remember you can always reference your page by [[double square brackets]]
- ALWAYS create a preference for yourself before posting. We track changes by IP, but it's much easier to see who's been working on what.
