- Lived in Guatemala for 2 years as an LDS missionary, now post-Mormon
- BA English, Idaho State U; MA TESOL, Bowling Green State U
- Married with 4 children
- presently an English language & Global Studies instructor and MA TESOL/new faculty mentor at the University of Alabama

- Started in Avendar on the MUD's opening day & immed in the fall of the first year (1998)
