Ground	Room 3662 (Var Bandor Earth Guild) has a plaque with the rune on it.	Purpose given in tome, object 7338 found in room 7224
Strength	Room 7224 (Earendam Earth Guild) has a tome on a bookshelf with the rune in it.	Purpose given in same tome, object 7338 found in room 7224
Order
Tremor	Room 4897 (past the crysmal) has a workbench with the rune carved on it. Requires an earth elemental to get in.	Existence (but not purpose) given in tome, object 7338 found in room 7224
Fossil	Room 10142 (Shendaer) has a workbench. Unlocking it requires knock or pick lock; inside is a parchment with the rune.
Sunder	Room 24273 (Arid Wastes) has an ancient arch. There are some marks on the base, which include the rune.	Purpose given in tome, object 7338 found in room 7224
Calcify
Erosion	Room 23300 (Rahh-nefor) has a branch of lava tube with a regular wind. Passing through requires the anchor spell; at the end (room 23303) is the rune.	Existence (but not purpose) given in tome, object 7338 found in room 7224

Gravitas	Room 12550 (Conclave of the Arisuth Library) has a tome with the rune in it.	The same tome also indicates what the rune does.
Adamantine	Room 2911 (Amber Dragon's Lair) has the rune on a tablet in a chest	No clue for this, people will find it naturally
Empowerment	Room 5210 (Basalt Catacombs) has a pedestal with the rune carved on it. Entry requires surviving a single 5000 xp colorless hit (clay shield).
