In regards to further my dreams of opening a shop I've searched the lands far and wide, and have recently found a woman named Alaran, who has offered her support by supplying the shop with the silk to the tailor of choice to be able to create the pieces of my design.
I'd like to make a few small alterations to my outlined proposal as follows:
I'd like to see the shop be a bit upper-class, but not over the top, with a sense of elegance. Still being warm lighted, and welcoming is always a priority.
I'd like to see the pricing set according to the pieces being created, and their worth based upon the stats of each specific piece, but still not too expensive, as to take business away from the other merchants as well.
(Will send figured pricing with each piece when I send the scroll of the equipment wishing made.)
I would still like to see the shop open at 4 am, and close at 11 pm if possible, if needed will be willing to adjust times.
I'd like the shop still have a re-sell for other pieces they are not using, if possible.
Fairly basic design, which I can send scroll of, for an idea of what I wish the location to resemble. Please let me know if I've missed any vital information needed and I will send it as soon as able.

I've recently conducted the pieces of wares I'd like to see implemented in the shop. I am fully aware that these pieces may not be what I fully wanted, and as always if alternations need to be made, they may be.
If there seems to be anything that you can add to add spice to the pieces please also let me know.
Below are the listed pieces:
(Humming) Robe of the Archmage
Desc: A full length robe of shimmering mystical silk lays here in a pile. The fabric on this robe is made of a sapphire blue silk, and seems to glow with an inner light, while thread of silver, and white are expertly woven into an elegant masterpiece.
I would like to see this piece implemented for a hefty price of 500 platinum. Possible stats: 50 Mana, 50 Hp and -5 Saves.
(Humming) An elegant gown of white silk
Desc: Laying in a pile rests an elegant gown. This dress is made of pure white silk and accented with silver lace, which is delicately interwoven down the length of the gown. Small white straps overlay the shoulders, accentuating a V-shape neckline.
If possible, make this piece a two slot piece (chest and legs). Possible stats: Mana, Charisma, Saves, Hp, and if possible some kind of magical resistance? I'd like for this gown to be priced between 100-150 platinum.
(Humming) A silver sash, entwined with white silk
Desc: A simple but expertly woven sash of silver is here. This sash has been woven of silver silk, with strips of white silk entwined within, giving this sash a scholarly look.
This one an approximate pricing of around 100 platinum. Stats: Mana, Charisma, Saves, Hp and if possible some kind of magical resistance?
A well-embroidered hat, woven of white and silver silk
Desc: A well-embroidered hat is here. A well-embroidered hat of white and silver silk in the design favored of the merchant class.
Again, as well I'd like to see 75 platinum. Stats roughly the same as above, Mana, Hp, Saves, Charisma, and if possible a bit of magical resistance, or perhaps, intelligence, and or wisdom.
(Humming) A pair of soft white sleeves, with silvery embroidery
Desc: A pair of beautifully woven sleeves lay here. These sleeves are made of white silk, a beautiful embroidery of silver silk is stitched expertly through them, creating an eccentric pattern along their length.
These I'd like to be priced between 70-100 platinum. Same rough stats as the previous pieces listed. Mana, Hp, Charisma, Saves, and if possible some magical resistance.
A tailored silky white dress shirt
Desc: A shirt of tailored silk lays here. A fitted shirt made of white silk, and almost looks weightless, it's form expertly woven, and seamless.
I'd like this piece to be priced between 50-75 platinum. Same as before on the stats: Mana, Hp, Charisma, Saves, and if possible some magical resistance.
(Humming) A pair of white silk gloves, with an eccentric design of silver
Desc: White silky gloves lay here. These gloves are composed of white silk with their form lined of silver thread, which runs along the sides of the gloves, and around the wrist. Each stitch delicately placed.
These I'd like to see priced between 50-100 platinum. Same as the stats above. Mana, Hp, Charisma, Saves, and if possible some magical resistance.
A pair of silky black leggings with silver embroidery
Desc: A pair of finely embroidered leggings is here. These leggings are made of a beautifully woven black silk, down the outer side of each leg ranging from waist, to ankle is a fine embroidery of silver.
I'd like to see these priced again between 50-100 platinum. Same stats roughly as prior. Mana, Hp, Saves, Charisma, and if possible some magical resistance.

Desc: A shimmering cloak of silver threads lays here. This cloak is made of a shimmering silver silk, which creates an elegant and fluid-like design to the body. The cloak runs full length of each who wear it, while a small silver clasp has been neatly placed about the chest, holding the cloak closed.
I'd like to see this one implemented for around 50-100 platinum. Stats, same as prior. Mana, Hp, Charisma, Saves, and if possible some magical resistance or something special.
These are the ideas I had in mind, and would like to see implemented for higher end gear. The prices and pieces as always may be altered, and negotiated.

A few ideas for the lower end wares for the shop.
Here as follows:
A simple purple silk gown
Desc: A simple purple gown lays here. This gown is tailored to the simplest needs, and is made of purple silk. It has long sheer sleeves, and runs the full length of any who wear it.
The stats: Mana, Hp, Intelligence, Wisdom, saves, and charisma I'd like to see the price between 10-15 platinum.
A pair of grey silk sleeves
Desc: A pair of grey silk sleeves rest here. These are made of a fairly simple design, and are embroidered with white stitching.
I'd like to see these implemented between 10-15 platinum. Mana, Hp, Charisma, Intelligence, wisdom, saves.
A pair of black and grey leggings
Desc: A pair of black and grey leggings are here. These leggings are simply made of black silk, and down the outer legs of the leggings is a thin strip of grey silk stitched within.
Again, 10-15 Platinum. Stats: Mana, Hp, Saves, Charisma, Intelligence, wisdom.
Soft white silken gloves
Desc: A pair of white silken gloves rest here. These gloves are made of white silk, and seem to be very plain looking.

A light-weight grey silk dress shirt
Desc: A light grey silk dress shirt is here. This shirt is light-weight and airy. It's loose fitting, with long sleeves and a cuff fit with a small grey stone as a button at the wrist.
10-15 Platinum. Stats: Mana, Hp, Saves, Charisma, Movement, Intelligence, Wisdom
A wide and simple sash made of gold silk
Desc: Here lies a gold silk sash. A very simple design of gold silk woven together into three layers to add a widened look, which wraps around the waist, holding together with a simple bronze clasp.
10-20 platinum. Stats: Movement, Mana, Hp, Charisma, Saves, Intelligence, Wisdom.
A simple woven hat of white silk
Desc: A simple woven hat of white silk is here. The hat is of simple design, the silk has been weaved neatly about the hat creating a meshed look.
10-20 platinum. Stats: Intelligence, Wisdom, Mana, Hp, Saves
A shimmering gold silk cloak, adorned with a small brass clasp
Desc: A shimmering cloak made of gold silk was designed with a patchwork pattern, with strips of white silk woven throughout. Just below the neckline is a small brass clasp.
10-20 Platinum. Stats: Mana, Hp, Saves
Again, the pieces above are outlines of what is wished. Alterations, and negotiations on prices and the pieces are able to be made. Stats, I'm willing to work with as well, please feel free to add anything to make the pieces worthy.
