As written, this seems like it would be fun to play for a little while, but I am left with the impression that it would fall flat relatively quickly. I'd like to see more room for scheming chaotic evil, like the Joker or something. --Telelion

Instead of sniped ex-goodies as this specific a faction, how about hopelessly self-destructive, the sort that takes extreme risks. These are your hardcore Russian Roulette players that fill more than one chamber in the revolver. They're your "chicken" players that win because they are completely, utterly, batshit crazy with no regard whatsoever for their own well-being or that of anyone else.
