Enaerai is a goddess of true neutrality. She is dedicated to the work of maintaining balance among the many conflicting or opposing forces and powers in the universe. For Enaerai, the truest vision of reality is one that respects the relative importance of all things and recognizes the need for opposition and contrasts. However, it is not sufficient to merely observe or consider balance. Rather, balance must be safeguarded.

Her efforts to counteract disturbances of balance take place primarily among her fellow deities in the immortal realms, and this task requires all of her focus and resources. Thus the goddess rarely interacts directly with mortals.

In times past, mortals who also believed in the need to defend balance organized themselves into a military order of knights. The order they founded continues, working in Enaerai's name to preserve balance in the mortal realm. Those knights who show special dedication to Enaerai and the ideals of balance, and have proven their ability to safeguard the balance, may be set apart by the sigil of the triangled eye.
