An insubstantial spirit creature which is a sort of echo of a formerly living soul, possessing its form and memories. Most shades tend to forget themselves over time, growing more and more insubstantial until they fade completely. Spirit Scholars, particularly those of the Path of the Silver Light, have power and influence over these beings.
