Gladiators/Decapitate

Arkhural:

• Increase % chance if victim is entangled
• Increase % chance if victim is ensnared (pre-pull)

This skill just sucks. There's pretty much no incentive to use it, unless you're hoping for a real lucky shot against a big game mob. Any ideas are appreciated.
