Water Scholars/Revit

This spell could benefit from altering the hp/mana ratio. Currently, it's basically two heals in a row. While that's nice in a pinch, it could be a little nicer, especially since it's a greater water. My recommendation is to drop the mana cost down to 75-80mana.
