Water Scholars/WaterElemental

Problem

They suck. They cast communion on a fight_prog 2, but that's silly, since most people with a water scholar could get the communion/blessing before the battle anyway. They also have fewer hp than the water scholar, and pretty much serve little to no purpose (Except as one of the few things in the whole game that does drowning damage).

Remedy

Someone that's not me (I have a water scholar, conflict of interest) should come up with something that puts them a little more on the map. I'd recommend against buffing up their hp, as that's sort of what earth elementals do. I'd probably go with healing spells (as it says in their lie of a help file), or maybe ice bolts, but those both sound somewhat uninventive.
