There is much, much more to shuddeni than Yithoul. The world is broad, and the shuddeni exist in many places, as with all the other races. These additional sept ideas were developed and used during the Eyeblight War, and may be considered "tentative canon" until (and unless) it begins being integrated in built areas. It is a given that there are more shuddeni than this as well--but this broadening of the race helped to serve with political maneuvering and conflict within the ranks of evil in the Eyeblight War.

Aside from the well-known Yithoul, three other septs of Shuddeni participated in the Eyeblight war. The Addaash and Ksatha septs were the most eager to begin the war, with Yithoul and Ttou going along mainly because they had no wish to appear weaker than the other septs and risk being enslaved by them.

Yithoul

The sept which is nearest the surface and has had the most contact with the surface dwellers. They were somewhat reluctant to join in the Eyeblight War, because they've been able to make out quite well with occasional slave raids, and they are the wealthiest of the septs. Yithoul shuddeni were more often used for spying and important above-ground work in the early war (as many of the other shuddeni septs had never been on the surface).

Ttou

Demon of Influence: Xthjich

The original breeders of the chajas, these are most dependant on chaja slaves and less dependant on magic, though their hierarchy is a bloody theocracy just like the others. Chaja owners and trainers have higher status in this sept than in the others. They tend to wear clothes woven of chaja-hair, or chaja hide. Most looked down upon by the other septs.

Addaash

The sept's religious hierarchy has been dominated by fire mages for most of its history, and so the heirarchy and greater respect are given to fire casters. They like to piss off the other shuddeni even more than is usual for shuddeni. They are the deepest-dwelling, and their caverns are incessantly hot. Their surface tunnels connect through the old Rah-Nefor magma vents (possible nefortu issues). They were instrumental in retaking the golden scales of An'akarta from Aramril during the Eyeblight War.

Ksatha

This sept has its primary caverns located in the Jyarks, with tunnels that are sealed by the Kor Thrandians. Closest to Yithoul and most like the Yithoul of the other septs. Assassins have prominent roles in the society. Their society in recent times is greatly shaped by the threat of the Thrandians massed on their doorstep.
