Isetaton the Demon Sultan and ruler of the Maze of Flesh is a decidedly otherwordly being with goals and desires alien to anyone sane. One of the 13 Greater Demon Lords of the Void.

Description-

Isetaton is known to have many names and countless obscene shapes, but no form of the Demon Sultan is more well known than his essence as the slithering avatar. On first glance, his form appears to be roughly humanoid -- but closer examination yields a being in large part, if not wholely, alien to this plane of existence. Small worm-like tentacles dot his body, grey worms covered with sucker-like protuberances. Breaking the integrity of his flesh, jaws both large and small clatter noisily as Isetaton floats about the room. Thin eyestalks which sprout from around his neck scan all directions about the demon, while the eyes set in the center of his face are little more than blackened orbs.
