On Memang

A sheet of vellum torn from a book bears the following
smudged words:

The High War-Mage Memang created many wonderous devices
in his 450-year rule of the kingdom, not the least of which
was the gold-banded staff that he imbued with a portion of
his very soul. This staff was rumored to exert control over
the forces of magic itself, to be able to affect the binding
of enchantments, and to be able to direct the flow of mana.
The Priest of Sishimn reported that the words Memang used
to control the staff were:  Sosan, Irullanuz, Urulu, Aminai
